Restorative Justice Westchester

Less Judgement, More Understanding

We are a young, antiracist initiative addressing historical harms while repairing contemporary harms. We break down silos, bring people together and support restorative justice (RJ) practitioners in the varied areas where they work. We advocate for and advance RJ in the county to address issues in a way that is healing. What we’re doing: monthly gathering for networking and deeper sharing on work network members are doing; 2nd annual training; mapping what is happening in county; participate in DA’s RJ task force; networking and support for RJ in Hispanic/Latina/o community; community building circles around police reform and reinvention (to follow-up Governor’s executive order).
